Terms that govern your use of ShipClaw

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShipClaw ("ShipClaw", "we", "our", "us"), including our website, dashboard, APIs, and hosted services.

By accessing or using ShipClaw, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must:

  • be legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
  • provide accurate account and billing information;
  • keep your credentials secure;
  • be responsible for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including activity initiated by connected bots, channels, or API keys.

Service Description

ShipClaw provides infrastructure and tooling to deploy and operate OpenClaw-based AI agents.

Features and limits vary by plan. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits

  • Paid plans are billed via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.
  • Plan limits, instance limits, and included credits follow your active plan.
  • Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

If payment fails or your subscription lapses, we may limit or suspend access to paid features.

Third-Party Providers

ShipClaw depends on third-party providers (for example Stripe, Fly.io, and OpenRouter).

Use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShipClaw to:

  • violate law, regulation, or third-party rights;
  • distribute malware, phishing, spam, fraud, or abusive content;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • interfere with service integrity, availability, or security;
  • process data without required permissions or legal basis.

We may investigate and take action (including suspension or termination) if misuse is detected.

User Data and Content

You retain rights to your own data and content.

You grant ShipClaw a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data only as needed to provide and secure the service.

You are responsible for:

  • obtaining rights and permissions for data you upload or process;
  • complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws;
  • securing external systems and channels you connect.

Intellectual Property

ShipClaw, including software, branding, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works of ShipClaw.

Service Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of ShipClaw at any time.

While we aim for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

ShipClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipClaw and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims related to ShipClaw will not exceed the amounts you paid to ShipClaw in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ShipClaw harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or create legal/compliance exposure.

You may stop using ShipClaw at any time. Subscription cancellation rules follow the billing terms above.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
